Our wines stand apart from anything you might find in a wine shop. They are the result of a rigorous selection of the best grapes from Oltrepò, developed in a way that feels both contemporary and true to its roots.
Our selection process follows the highest quality standards, taking into account geographical areas and soil composition, as well as principles of ethics, sustainability, and safety, both in the vineyard and in the cellar.
The wines we refine and produce from these carefully selected grapes carry our distinctive touch, thanks also to our understanding of the market.
Guiding us on this journey are our sommelier Sara and our team of professional oenologists and agronomists, along with Alberto and Luca’s deep market insight.
OUR WINES
Originally from France, this grape produces wines considered among the most elegant and noble in the world. After Burgundy and Champagne, this area is regarded as the third-best region globally for Pinot Noir, where it thrives both as a red wine and as a base for sparkling wines.
The “Brilùs” sparkling wine collection is inspired by the brilliance and effervescence that light up each sip, expressed through two labels that embody a unique and personal interpretation of the terroir.
Scintilla and Estro are born from this philosophy: Scintilla offers an elegant character with luminous bubbles, while Estro delivers a more refined and lively experience, always with a touch of elegance that surprises and delights from the very first taste.
Both wines are a true reflection of an ancient land, celebrated for its richness and authenticity. They are crafted from predominantly clay soils and cultivated through a respectful, organic approach to viticulture.
